Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is the Refund Policy for Jessica Toussaint, LLC

Private and/or Group Coaching Session Packages

Participants who purchase one-on-one or group coaching session packages will receive a full refund if they cancel
within 2 days from the date of purchase and prior to the first coaching session. No refunds are possible after 2 days
prior to the starting date. 

Coaching Package Cancellation

After the first one-on-one or group coaching session, the coaching fees are non-refundable. Should the participant
decide to quit the process with coaching sessions remaining in their coaching package, they will be responsible for
the full payment of the coaching session package. This Agreement gives the Jessica Toussaint authorization to
collect payments for all remaining coaching session amounts due until the full payment for the coaching session
package is collected from the participant.


Participants who purchase training programs will receive a full refund if requested within 2 days of purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

Jessica Toussaint reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training/class or replace personnel due to
low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If a class is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given
notice by Jessica Toussaint at least three (3) business days before the start of class. Students may then enroll in the
next available offering of the course or choose another course.

Physical Products

There are no refunds issued for physical products.
We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any
issues receiving our products.

Digital Products

We will make every effort to deliver your digital purchase to you. Please contact us by email or phone if you need any
No refunds can be given for any digital products regardless of the purchase price.


Public Speaking

I do not offer any refunds for services that have already been delivered.
Since workshops and public speaking may require preparation time, travel bookings and other expenses, please
contact us by email or phone to reach a fair refund.

Memberships and Subscriptions


  • Cancellations

Recurring Memberships and/or subscriptions services purchased can be cancelled at any time by giving written
notice of your cancellation, but not less than three (3) days before your next Membership or Subscription payment is
Cancellation requests can be sent to our support team via our contact us page. Details of how you can manage your
Membership or Subscription account and payment options will be sent to you via email when you purchase the

service. Cancellations made less than 3 days before your next payment is due, will be processed the following month.
(I.e., after the next payment is made)

  • Recurring Billing

When purchasing a Membership or Subscription service, you are authorizing Jessica Toussaint to charge your
approved credit card each month for the fee agreed to, over the term of your Membership or Subscription or until your
Membership or Subscription expires or is cancelled.
You can manage your recurring payment options in your User Account or you can send a request to support via the


  • Refunds

We do not offer refunds on Membership or Subscription services already provided or currently being provided.
Extended Membership or Subscription services paid for in advance, where a discount on the Monthly fee has been
provided, are non-refundable.


  • Emergencies

We will always try to accommodate absences resulting from emergencies such as severe illness, accidents, etc.
However, adjustments can be challenging.  Therefore, we are not able to accommodate requests for withdrawals for
any other reason, such as work scheduling issues, family vacations, or personal reasons, etc.
