I have a burning passion to witness people not just survive but thrive into the incredible beings that God intended them to be. As a first-generation Haitian American, I've had the privilege of witnessing my parents courageously step outside their comfort zone into a new country, embracing new customs and chasing hopes and dreams—all for the sake of giving their children opportunities. I stand on their shoulders.

I share this because when we hold back or fail to show up, it's not just about us. Who are we affecting or leaving hanging? Our lives carry meaning and intention. I intimately understand what it's like to be your own biggest enemy, living in the grip of fear and insecurity.
